This is a 6 week program focused on creating your career strategy. During your (6) 1-on-1 sessions for 60 minutes, we’ll discuss your struggles, needs and required actions to move forward. You’ll determine how far you are willing to go to find or even create your dream career.

Leading Up Program
This is a 6 week program focused on creating your career strategy with a small mastermind. During your (6) group sessions for 60 minutes, we’ll discuss the struggles, needs and required actions to move forward in your career. You’ll may be paired with 1-2 other women to support each other during and after the program.

Leading In Program
This is a 4 week digital program focused on creating your career strategy. You’ll receive a guidebook to capture your career struggles and needs as well as the required actions to move forward in your career. It’s great for those on the go who are limited in time.
